Another Achievement!

Second week of March:

We're not actually intended to join the contest but one of our classmate told us that if we joined the contest we might have an additional grade for any math-related subject. So ashley (the girl on the left side) and I (on the right) decided to join because we thought we have a low grade in our physics subject as well as in discrete math, we fill-up the registration without knowing what the contest is all about, actually we knew that it is a math quiz-like contest but what we didn't know is what is the mechanics of the game. So ashley and I were not so prepared. Before the game starts the professors and some organizations taught us what to do, and it's a racing game where there will be task and questions to be answered in different areas of the school. After the game the professors announced the winners and we end-up being in the 3rd place. We received a bronze medal with certificate and additional grade in some of our subjects and also we received a cash prize but it's not that big to brag about :D

I received two awards yey :)

The "Recognition Day" yesterday (March 23) at San Sebastian College - Recoletos for the College Students.
I received two awards :) first is the best thesis it's a group award actually but it is important for me because we really did our best making our thesis, we came home late almost everyday and what is worst is we usually skip our lunch just to pass our papers on time :( but now that we received the award, what makes us so happppy is that the award also includes CASH PRIZE hahaha so we treat our professors, friends, panels, technical adviser and some of the departments. The Second award I received is for being one of the Dean's Honor Roll! I am super thankful to God and very proud of myself. I am rank one in our batch of Information Technology and top 7 in the overall ranking in our department. I am so happy this is what I am praying for ever since, I want to make my parents proud. What a good timing also because my father were here for a two months vacation. THANKS TO GOD!SUPER! YOU'VE GIVEN ME MORE THAN I AM PRAYING FOR, I want to continue doing what I started with your guidance. I LOVE YOU!

Grabe super unexpected :D pero alam ko naman lahat ng efforts ko pero di ko pa rin inaasahan na ako mag top 1 sa batch namen sa IT! Thanks to God Super! At meron pa, our group has been selected as the BEST S.A.D (System Analysis and Design) actually almost all our works were done and passed on time yun nga siguro un naging advantage namen kaya nun nag defense we're confident enough to present our system kasi matagal na kaming nag re2view while other groups still working on their documents :)
